How can I get a stamp?
Note: It is not compulsory under Moldovan law for a company to have a stamp.
In the Republic of Moldova, the stamp is used to authenticate official company documents, such as contracts, invoices and other legal acts.
- Ordering the stamp: Once the company is registered, a stamp containing the company name and tax code can be ordered. The stamp can be ordered from any company specialized in making stamps.
- Documents required: Extract from the Register of Legal Entities and a copy of the administrator's identity card.
