Invest Moldova Agency is a public institution founded by the Government of the Republic of Moldova under the Prime Minister's Office, created and mandated to attract strategic investments in the Republic of Moldova, contribute to export growth, promote the country's image and develop the economic diplomacy dimension.

The leadership of the Investment Agency is ensured by the Council and the Director, where the Council has the role of overseeing the institution's activities. The Agency's Council consists of 7 members.
