SANFARM-PRIM" S.A

SANFARM-PRIM" S.A. is one of the oldest pharmaceutical distribution companies in the Republic of Moldova, with origins dating back to the late 1930s, when the Central Medicine Warehouse was established in Soroca. In the early 1940s, the head office was moved to Chișinău, and during the privatization reforms of 1989–1996 the enterprise was reorganized, being re-registered as a joint-stock company on 28 February 1996. Currently, the company is approximately 99% owned by the State of the Republic of Moldova and operates in the import, storage and wholesale/retail trade of pharmaceutical products, with a portfolio of over 2,000 medicine names.

At its head office at 149/A Grenoble St., Chișinău, the company holds a portfolio of 21 lots of unused space — offices, commercial space, warehouses, event space and food service — totaling approximately 13,850 sqm. The objective of the project is to attract long-term partners/tenants capable of efficiently capitalizing on these assets, generating stable additional revenue for the company.
