For the first time, the Republic of Moldova has an official ranking of its best-performing exporters. Invest Moldova Agency announces the 25 companies selected under the Top Exporters from Moldova programme, following a three-stage selection process and an independent evaluation.

“Top Exporters from Moldova” is a programme that places the spotlight on companies achieving outstanding results on international markets and contributing to strengthening the image of the Republic of Moldova as a supplier of competitive products and services globally.

The selection process began with the analysis of more than 1,300 exporting companies, assessed automatically based on data provided by the Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova, the National Bureau of Statistics and other relevant public sources. Following the preliminary evaluation, 115 companies exceeded the minimum qualification threshold, scoring more than 33.3 points out of a maximum of 50, and were invited to participate in the second stage, which consisted of a detailed assessment of their activity based on the participation form.

Irina Tolstousov, Deputy Director of Invest Moldova Agency:
“Through the ‘Top Exporters from Moldova’ programme, we select companies that naturally become ambassadors of the Republic of Moldova’s export offer. These are businesses that not only achieve strong results on international markets, but also actively contribute to promoting the country’s image and strengthening trust in the national brand.

The products and services of these companies are exported to 50 international markets, demonstrating the competitiveness and potential of the Moldovan economy. At the same time, their success opens new opportunities for other Moldovan companies, facilitating their access to foreign markets through a path that has already been validated and recognised.”

The 25 companies selected under the programme become benchmarks of export excellence and ambassadors of the Republic of Moldova on international markets. Through their performance, they contribute to strengthening the image of a competitive economy capable of inspiring confidence globally.

What Does It Mean to Be Among Moldova’s Top 25 Exporters?

By being included in the programme, the 25 companies will benefit from an extensive national and international promotion programme. This includes visibility on the dedicated Top Exporters from Moldova platform, inclusion in the Digital Exporters Book, available in both printed and digital formats, dedicated video and editorial materials, as well as other promotional activities carried out by Invest Moldova Agency.

Through these activities, the programme aims to ensure that the achievements of the selected companies are recognised both in the Republic of Moldova and among potential international business partners, investors and consumers.

The performance of these companies will be celebrated at the Export Forum, taking place on 1 October 2026 as part of Moldova Business Week 2026 (MBW26). The event will bring together representatives of the business community, public institutions and international partners.

The event will mark the official recognition of the brands that contribute to strengthening the Republic of Moldova’s position on international markets and promote the country’s image through competitive products and services.
