How can I open a bank account?
The following documents are required to open a permanent bank account:
- The registration decision issued by the ASP;
- Extract from the Register of Legal Entities issued by the ASP;
- Company statutes - original or certified copy;
- Identity card of the administrator, and where applicable - of the accountant and/or other person, who will have the right of first and second signature;
- Identity card of the person identified as the beneficial owner;
- W9 form for U.S. citizens with more than a 10 percent share;
- Information on the number of employees, location, list of clients and partners, expected turnover, categories, and number of expected banking transactions;
After opening a bank account, you will be able to carry out commercial transactions on behalf of your company. This account will be used for day-to-day financial operations, including collecting payments and settling financial obligations.
