Modern MultifunctionalSwimming Complex

The construction of a modern multifunctional swimming complex in the city of Vadul lui Vodă aims to develop a contemporary facility for swimming and sports activities with easy access from Chișinău. The project addresses the need to expand sports and recreational infrastructure for both the local population and visitors from the municipality of Chișinău. The land proposed for the project is municipally owned by the city of Vadul lui Vodă. According to the local urban planning regulations, the site is located within the city limits, in the central area, on Pădurii Street. The building will have an irregular configuration, with overall dimensions of 54 × 35 m, and will be organized into three main functional zones:

- Technical area – basement level;
- Swimming pools and adjacent facilities – ground floor;
- Cardio room, fitness (strength training) room, and yoga room with related facilities – first floor
