SRL “Doina Vin” is one of the Republic of Moldova’s oldest and most established wineries, with a heritage spanning over 150 years since its founding in 1875. The company operates two specialized production facilities: the Răzeni factory (Ialoveni district) handles wine production and bottling, while the Leușeni factory (Telenești district) manages grape processing and fermentation.

With an annual production capacity exceeding 15 million bottles, Doina Vin produces 14 proprietary brands across 59 distinct products, covering still wines, sparkling wines, and specialty varietals. The company exports approximately 95% of its production to 8–10 European and CIS countries, with established distribution channels and long-standing trade relationships.

Doina Vin is seeking a strategic partner with experience in EU wine distribution to co-invest in the company’s next phase of growth. The partnership targets three primary pillars: (1) rebranding and expanding the Goliard line for premium EU export markets (Germany, Netherlands, UK), (2) launching LIFWIN 0%, a proprietary dealcoholized wine range with projected gross margins of 65–80%, and (3) transforming the 1875 historic cellars into a premium wine tourism destination.
