#NeamPornit # Protejati Marathon: 5 award-winning tourist routes for responsible travelers
The national tourism relaunch campaign #NeamPornit expands its community and announces a new partnership. The famous brand "Chisinau Beer" joins the marathon #NeamPornit # Protejati - an important activity in the promotion of local tourism and responsible travel. He urges those who want to discover Moldova to travel together #alwaysfriends on the suggested tourist routes. The contest rules and prizes were announced on August 25, in an online event.
The #NeamPornit campaign was initiated by the Investment Agency and aims to promote and support the gradual relaunch of domestic tourism, by complying with the necessary protection measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Rodica Verbeniuc, General Director, Investment Agency: “The #NeamPornit campaign has accumulated over 12 thousand followers on social networks in four months since its launch, and also over 700 destinations gathered on the tourist map of the Republic of Moldova. The national tourist mobilization that takes place within the #NeamPornit campaign offers us new experiences, unique adventures and helps us to know unexplored places here, at home. Regarding the #Neampornit # Protect Marathon, it accumulated about 5000 #NeamPornit mentions on Facebook and Instagram, the Neampornit page reaching an impact of 273 thousand people”.
The Director of the Investment Agency appreciated the involvement of private sector companies, which continue to join our initiative, support local travel and delight participants with awards.
In the top of the most visited places mentioned on social networks are: Water Lilies Lake and Bardar ZooClub; "Prutul de Jos" reserve; Orheiul Vechi; Ţâpova; Duruitoarea Gorge; Hanganu and Gagauz Sofrasi Inn.

With the appearance of our location on the project map and on the campaign page, we were assaulted by those who wanted to visit our ethno-tourist complex "If in previous years we had few visitors, most of them foreign tourists, this year we had an impressive number of locals due to the posts on the #NeamPornit page.”
The marathon continues with a concept of 5 tourist routes, made by the new partner "Beer Chisinau", in partnership with the travel platform Teleportravel. The routes were created according to tourists’ interests: family, friends, tent, fishing and hiking.
Stella Iurcu, marketing manager, “Efes Moldova”: “Our recommendation is to travel #protejati, and also #cuprietenii because the routes are interactive, and the participants will have guaranteed prizes, depending on the number of routes traveled. Our urge is, firstly, the responsible consumption of alcoholic products, secondly - offering an alternative for #prieteniidelavolan - Chisinau beer alcohol free, and thirdly - safety and hygiene measures compliance in visited places. ”
In order to participate in the contest, you must access the campaign website and the marathon guide, where you can find out all the details. Later, select a route that will open in the Messenger application, where you will receive interactive recommendations. And on the route take a selfie, and post it with #neampornit and #mereuintreprieteni. Each participant will be awarded a box of "Chisinau" beer. The consistency of the prizes depends on the number of routes covered. The contest runs until September 15.
