The Investment Agency expresses its solidarity with the tourism industry sector and supports the immunization of representatives in the field.
We are firmly convinced that the implementation in restricted terms of the vaccination process of the tourist reception and service units will contribute to the increase of the international credibility of the Republic of Moldova as a safe tourist destination.
The international vaccination process is progressing and will soon boost the tourists flow to various destinations. We would be happy for citizens with the "Green Immunization Passport" to choose the Republic of Moldova as a safe tourist destination - a great opportunity in the pandemic times to support entrepreneurs in the tourism industry and HoReCa.
In this context, the Investment Agency, mandated in promoting the country's touristic offer, supports the tourism sector and requested the National Covid -19 Immunization Plan to be revised giving priority to HoReCa and tourism industry representatives.
Immunization aims to counteract the spread of the virus, especially in the spring-autumn period avoiding the compromise of an entire tourist season so important both for our citizens and for the international ones.
