Today, the Interim General Director of the Invest Agency “Invest Moldova”, Ion Iordachi, together with the Head of the Investment Attraction and Promotion Department, Igor Ștefăneț and the representatives of a Turkish company, which is analyzing our country's investment possibilities, performed a working visit to Ungheni FEZ.
The two visited the new resident of the free economic zone,"Penoplex",a factory that offers insulation solutions. One year ago, the Agency's team presented the company our country's investment offer and provided assistance on the entire decision-making and business start-up process, so that the manufacturer opened its factory in Ungheni despite the pandemic background. Currently, the factory is already operating at full capacity and exports the products abroad.
The Interim General Manager met the mayor of the city in a discussion were they addressed the topic of business opportunities in the field of waste management.
In September, FEZ Ungheni will visit four other Turkish companies, potential investors in this area.
