Present your products in the exhibition area of the Republic of Moldova at Expo 2020 Dubai
The products to be sold within the exhibition area of the Republic of Moldova will be selected in a contest. These products will represent the Republic of Moldova at the World Exhibition "Expo 2020 Dubai”.
General data
1. The exhibition will take place in the United Arab Emirates, t. Dubai
2. Exhibition Period: October 1, 2021 - March 31, 2022
3. Approx. 25 mln. visitors, of which 70% from outside the host country
4. A certain amount will be contracted, which could be supplemented later, if necessary.

Mandatory eligibility conditions - articles must be qualitative, original, authentic, represent national culture, traditions and specificities or present elements of traditional or contemporary national identity, be made of natural materials. The product needs to be packaged (environmentally friendly materials are recommended).
Product categories (but not limited to):
1. Ceramics: cups, figurines, magnets, bells, saucers, jugs, etc.;
2. Wood: decorative elements, toys, plates, figurines, masks, bows, etc.;
3. Textiles: crocheted or embroidered articles, napkins, towels, belts, bags, bracelets, T-shirts, T-shirts, caps, etc.;
4. Metal - coins, figurines, decorative elements, etc.;
5. Body care products, soap, aromatherapy products, essential oils, etc.;
6. Photos and images;
7. Non-perishable food products, ex. honey, dried fruits, nuts, etc.
8. Promotional products: T-shirts, T-shirts, hats, cup holder, pens, badges, keychains, magnets, etc.
9. Small souvenirs, gift sets and other symbolic holiday gift proposals (St. Nicholas, New Year, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Dragobete, March 1, March 8)
Who can participate? Large, small and medium companies, handicrafts, folk craftsmen.
What does the offer include?
1. Information about the bidder
2. The image of each product with its brief description in English. The description must include the composition (ingredients), dimensions, weight, packaging, mode of production. For food and cosmetics, it is necessary to present both front and back pictures.
3. Price offer - must include the cost per unit of product, quantity in stock and lead time (production possibilities).
The tenderer must state the availability and conditions for awarding his products for realization.
