Following the examination of the international exhibition activity and public consultations with the associative environment and of the economic agents operating in the field of tourism, the Investment Agency presents the list of international exhibitions in the tourism sector for 2021, planned for financial support and invites participation!
We encourage the associative environment in the tourism industry to participate in obtaining grants and subsidies from the Investment Agency - to promote tourism offers and products at international exhibitions and fairs.
The organizer of the exhibition is designated following the competition for obtaining the grant and subsidies within the Programs of the Investment Agency.
The grant contract will be awarded on the basis of the "Regulation on the granting of grants and subsidies under the Investment Agency Programs" and in the ITB Berlin exhibition, the Regulation on the selection criteria for economic agents will apply. to be co-financed for the participation in the specialized exhibition "ITB Berlin 2021"
At the same time, the rights and obligations of the exhibition organizer are provided in the "Framework Regulation for participation in international exhibitions."
Public associations in the tourism sector will apply for the grant competition until February 5, 2021 - presenting the intenton letter for participation in the grant competition, indicating the exhibitions that will submit their application, at office@invest.gov.md
The participation file in the grant competition will be presented to the Investment Agency (bd. Ștefan cel Mare 134, et.3 bir 316), as follows:
- Until February 12, 2021 - for the Exhibition "ITB Berlin 2021"
- Until March 1, 2021 - for the exhibitions “Отдых Leisure” and “TTR Bucharest (autumn edition)”
If the project does not comply with the requirements set out in the Regulation on the award of grants and subsidies under the Programs implemented by the Investment Agency, it will not be accepted in the competition.
The list of the winner of the grant competition will be published on the official website of the Investment Agency www.invest.gov.md.
If for some of the proposed exhibitions no files were submitted from the associations, the Investment Agency reserves the right to cancel the participation.
Participation in exhibitions is open to ALL ECONOMIC AGENTS in the tourism industry, who will submit their application to the Exhibition Organizer, after its designation based on the competition. About the results of the contest and the list of grant beneficiaries - we will announce later.
